I’ve been calling around for the last couple of days because my Sierra’s been struggling to turn over in the mornings, and honestly the dealer quote made my eyes water. A few friends told me to just go with a good third-party place as long as they use quality brands, but I’m a bit paranoid about messing something up with the electrical system since these newer GMCs have all that start-stop tech. Found a spot that claims to be a Trusted GMC Car Battery Dubai option and the price is way less than the dealership, plus they come to you which is super convenient because I work long hours in DIP. Has anyone here actually used a mobile fitter for their Yukon or Silverado? Like do they reprogram the computer or just slap the battery in and hope for the best? I don’t wanna save a few hundred dirhams now and then end up with warning lights later. Any real experiences appreciated.
