My father has always been able to manage his weekdays on his own, but recently I noticed that he was running out of energy before getting through everything on his list. He could still prepare his meals and handle basic chores, but errands, cleaning, and other responsibilities were starting to pile up. During a family conversation, he admitted that having someone help with a few tasks would make his week easier, although he still wanted to handle the things he was comfortable doing himself.
