First time Mercedes owner in Abu Dhabi, how long does a service actually take?

I recently bought my first Mercedes here in Abu Dhabi and it’s almost time for its first service with me. I’m a bit clueless about what to expect. I was reading a really helpful UAE Fetcher automotive article that broke down the difference between Service A and Service B and how long each typically takes, from a couple of hours for a basic service to potentially a full day for a major one. It mentioned that things like the workshop’s workload and parts availability can really affect the time. For those of you who regularly service your Mercedes here, is it realistic to wait for it, or do you always arrange for a drop off and pickup later? Also, any tips on how to avoid it taking longer than promised?
